Brief description of site: The site is on a poorly protected face of a tall, thin boulder sitting amongst a maze of scattered boulders. The site is at ground level and is easily accessible but hard to find. The site is only visible from a few meters there is no shelter and no view. Brief description of art: The art is faded and washed. Part of a brushed outline depiction (originally an animal?). There are various lines and rows of dots arranged in a pattern.
Brief description of site: The site is on a poorly protected (1.5m2) surface on a curving rock-face near the centre of the hill. The site looks into rock and trees therefore has no view. There is no shade, no shelter and is easily accessible. Brief description of art: The art consists of a filled spread-eagled design beside multiple curving rows of dots. The art is applied by the finger in red. The art is very faint due to direct washing.
Brief description of site: The site is on a large boulder that substantially overhangs so as to create a recessed shelter. The images are well protected on a low surface at the back of the shelter. There is considerable shade and protection provided by the rock shelter but perhaps too small for habitation. The site is somewhat hidden amongst boulders but is easily accessible. Brief description of art: The art consists of a few sets of parallel vertical and horizontal lines and a row of circles applied by a brush in red. There are also a few sets of parallel vertical and horizontal lines and smudges applied by a finger in red.
Brief description of site: The site is on an unusual surface on a boulder overhung by a large thin lip. About a meter below the lip is section of the boulder that broke away. This provides a flat raised platform of which the images are at the back of this. The images can only be seen properly from on top of this platform, they are thus hidden. The site is well shaded and there is seating for two. The site has no view and limited shelter. Brief description of art: The art consists of an exceptional number of long horizontal rows of dots applied by the finger in red and overlain by small brushed sets of parallel lines.
Brief description of site: Climb to the top of Nachitalo Hill and find the saddle near the centre. The first site is a large boulder overlooking the south side of the saddle. The site is difficult to locate, there are many off tracks and it is best to find a local guide. Brief description of art: Graffiti. The art consists of mainly finger daubed geometrics and notable figure lines. All the images are in a similar blood red colour. The panel is a very large painted area that is heavily vandalized and recording is of little value. The paintings not written over have been chipped away. There is one clear antelope head executed in delicate lines at the west end overlying the 'comet' figure.
Brief description of site: The site is on an overhang that is completely hidden by fallen rocks and it is actually difficult to enter the shelter. The site has no outlook, but the outlook from the overhanging rock has a view for miles. The only way to enter the shelter is by crawling through a narrow rock slit in front of the painted slab. The site is very small but well hidden and protected. Brief description of art: The art consists of two main shades of red and purple, of which the purple is generally above the red. The images are extremely high and a ladder of some sort must have been used. The images include semi circles, vertical lines, a large group of dots in parallel lines.
Brief description of site: The site is on a leaning boulder that provides some protection on its southern side but little shade or shelter. The rock is rough but has a good view over Diampwe river valley and is fairly easily accessible. Brief description of art: The images contain a few traces of red finger applied lines but very poorly preserved.
Brief description of site: The site is under fairly tall rock-face providing pleasant shaded seating. The site looks out to the west into valley and hills, with extensive views perhaps as far as 10km. Brief description of art: Namulundu Spirit Shrine. The art consists of massed dots and a few smudged into lines applied by finger in red.
Brief description of art: The art consists of 3 short vertical lines, above 3 more three short vertical lines, above 4 short vertical lines. All applied by finger in red.
