      Brief description of site: The overhang faces ESE and measures 7m long, 1-2m deep and less than 3m high. The site has no natural screening. The site has a good outlook into and across the Mhlwazine valley. Seepage is also present on the rock face.

      How to find the site: From the main entrance at the bottom of Mike's Pass go east along the main road to Winterton for approx 3 km. Leave the main road and continue along the Jeep track to the Field Rangers Outpost for about 2 km until the third tributary is reached. From there walk up the slope in a southerly direction for about 800 meters until the lower of the cave sandstone bands is reached. Continue along this sandstone band in a southerly direction until you pass a tributary and afterwards cut through the lower sandstone band and continue in a westerly direction for about 50 meters. The site is a ESE facing overhang at the base of the higher sandstone band.
