      Brief description of site: The Shelter faces NE and measures 35m long, 1-3m deep and less than 3m high. The site has poor screening and a moderate outlook down the valley. Seepage as well as vegetation is visible on the rock face.

      How to find the site: Using the Sani Pass road continue to the Mkomazana Cottages (16 km's from the main Nottingham/Himeville road). Take the 'Salt and Pepper' path from these cottages. At the top of the ridge (1980m) continue in a westerly direction for about 1.5 km's on the plateau until you reach a prominent sandstone band, then follow this rock band for about 1 km to near the top of the Skhelekehle River Valley to a small stream coming in from the left. The site is a NE facing shelter in the rock band almost on this stream.
