This historical copy, which was done in 1906, was copied from sketches by H.C Schurkes of George dated April 1875, who in turn copied it from sketches done by Mr. Ballot of Molen river (Western Cape) of rocks from RSA EZE1; Whom also copied it from (Colonel) Col. Mitchell's originals, which appear in J.E. Alexander's narrative of a voyage of observation Larome 1827. Please see image RSA EZE1 2R.
