      History

      Brief description of site: A large protected shelter (20m2 floor). This site is believed to be inhabited by the Mwankole spirit, it is therefore avoided by local people. Site excavated in 1955. Pictographs on east facing wall, only visible from within shelter. Excellent shelter, ideal for habitation. Site easily accessible and prominent. No view.
      Brief description of art: Various traces: including sets of parallel lines and rows of dots applied by finger in red. Also sets of parallel lines applied by brush. One set of parallel lines applied by finger in white pigment.
